The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a Tornado Watch for portions of much of central and eastern Iowa small part of northwest Illinois part of western Upper Michigan parts of southeastern Minnesota much of western and northern Wisconsin Lake Superior Effective this Thursday morning and evening from 1135 am until 1000 PM CDT. ... This is a particularly dangerous situation... Destructive tornadoes... large hail to 2.5 inches in diameter... thunderstorm wind gusts to 80 mph... and dangerous lightning are possible in these areas. The Tornado Watch area is approximately along and 85 statute miles east and west of a line from 25 miles north northeast of Kennedy Wisconsin to 45 miles south southwest of Ottumwa Iowa.
