You cannot control guns with any law or police in the world. I come from Britain, and they have strict gun laws, yet the number of guns in the country has rocketed since I was a kid, and it is mostly criminals who get them. That number will only grow. It is not guns that are a problem. It is murderers that are the problem. Do you see the difference? Guns cannot be controlled by any law. It is impossible. You must seek a different strategy. OffWorld isn’t that like saying that nothing can be controlled by laws and therefore we shouldn’t have any? Seems to me that they help, although there will always be those who break them.
