This seems very strange. Everything is running over http on port 80
(unless you are using SSL). Are you saying that all users behind the
firewall can access the system, but those that must go through cannot?
This sounds more like a misconfiguration of the web-server not
responding to the firewall IP address--perhaps an IP restriction on the
FarCry virtual directory.
What other information can you provide? Any filters running on the site?
