Using that method, it is all or nothing. It is generating a text files w/ the mappings b/t fu url and object ids.
I assume that at runtime, the file is cached in RAM. (Note that the above references FC v2.4--not 3.0). You can however edit the file yourself. Then you can specify whatever you want. The file is in the same directory you dropped the class files into.
