FarCry has a lot of redundant code in it. It's left there primarily for backward compatability -- its a very extensible environment and difficult to know what people have used what.. or are relying on what code.

We have a process in place for retiring deprecated code. We'll be looking at tidying up a lot of the redundant code in 3.x as part of ongoing maintenance releases. Please feel free to nominate what appears to be completely redundant code for removal by posting a bug to http://bugs.farcrycms.org:8080

Farcry 3.0 seems to contain several v2.3 cfm files that are not being used. Is this true and which ones are they? I would like to remove them, partly to make it easier to navigate the production code but also to reduce the overall package size.
