We had a bunch of custom CSS files that we had placed in 
/www/css/customadmin that were overriding the new styles, causing 
problems.  Have a look in there first.

The class names that were used changed significantly, so if you have any 
custom types, you will have to compare the styles that the built-in 
types are used, and update your custom types.  Usually, this is limited 
to the edit.cfm pages of each type.
