Fortunately we host all our sites here ourself, so do not have a great deal of experience dealing with hosts, as such, but would suggest that you should check to see if you can get at the very least a remote connection to check this yourself, or look for a host that has experience at dealing with farcry, http://www.fasthit.com.au/ are very good from what I hear.

So far they have be very good and answering my questions and actioning my requests.
