Are you using the ./webskin/buildlink.cfm custom tag to build your links?

This is not necessary. The navnode field is a legacy and will likely be 
deprecated in future versions of farcry.

You need to register the ISAPI filter with the IIS server in question. 
Do *not* stick these things in the webroot.  The filter documentation 
should indicate how to do this.
