Andrew, I *may*
have a hard copy of it at one of my client’s offices (I’ll have to
check when I get back there next week). If yes, I can probably scan it in
and PDF it. Unfortunately archive.org doesn’t
even have a copy of it (http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://farcry.daemon.com.au/go/objectid/C12D11BF-D0B7-4CD6-F97FE9AFAFCB503B).
You can find other documentation on archive.org (http://web.archive.org/web/*sa_/http://farcry.daemon.com.au)
but none of the developer how-tos seemed to have been archived. I’ll let you know if I find anything
when I go back there (I’m not scheduled to go to their site until next
