Whoops.  That's my bad.

I reordered the initialisation of FarCry services in farcryinit so
that COAPI.COAPIUTILITIES would be available to plugins when they
initialise.  *farcryverity* requires this to be in place.

I did put a warning in there...
FarCry Verity Plugin requires a minimum of FarCry v4.07 to function.

Of course 4.0.7 is not officially available at this time :)

The only thing you should need is the new ./core/tags/farcry/
farcryinit.cfm tag from the head of ./branches/p400 and it should
initialise for you.
