I have caching turned on for all templates, you just have to split it up and
leave out the logic for the send to a friend like this:
Begin Cache
Stuff above send to friend
End Cache
Send To Friend logic that looks for url variable
Begin Cache
Stuff below send to friend
End Cache

Just so I am not misunderstanding -- to have this functionality available by
passing a URL token you have to turn off webskin cacheing for that display
method, right?

the homepage). Click the email button (it is a toggle button for the form.
Is this what you mean? If so I'll share the logic with you. Basically, in
the template I do a check on url.emailf and if it exists I include the form.
I'm not at work right now so I don't have the code accessible.
