Ayuh, you can.  Not many shared hosts allow for tinkering around with virtuals 
though.  Moot point in most cases, but if we're trying to move toward being 
more friendly to those that just want to drop it in and go, just copying the 
files is easier.  Likely, if the plugin had an installer, this would not be 
needed.  Or, if you made it part of the skeleton.  I'm actually rather exited 
about the skeleton/application deployment deal.  Looks to making drop in apps 
almost simple.
