After reading your mail, I tried to edit both _installForm.cfm and
_processInstallation.cfm files to see if over-riding  the
form.appMapping variable would work, but alas, with no success.

I noticed that the bug has been fixed

But I cant find the patch or update file.

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to update 4.0.9 so
I can run the installer without any errors ?
