Another thing you can do is if you have SQL Server 2000 you may use Enterprise Manager to DTS (Data Transfer Service) from one server to another. You choose the database then Export Data then you would choose to copy all objects and it creates and copies data. I think the process was renamed to something different with SQL Server 2005 but still found under Exporting data.
