Well, whatever I say now is probably going to be invalid since the way templates (skins) work in FarCry changed in version 5, and this site is in 4.10.
The site did start from the mollio package, however once the templates were ready all the mollio stuff was stripped out, some custom tags were created for displaying the shared template code (header footer etc), and then the custom tags were implemented in the webskins.. Don't be misled, it was pretty simple really.
