There are RSS feeds to watch repository changes as they come through (that's what I do) built into FishEye. Just choose the section of choice while browsing FishEye and click on the RSS icon in the top- right. You can even customize feeds. FishEye is quite powerful actually, and has a lot more features than most people are aware of.
