Can you verify the image sizes manually just to make sure? Look in /farcry/projects/[projectName]/www/images/dmImage. In there, there should be 3 folders. The source image folder should be just that (the source image, untouched), however the "StandardImage" and "ThumbnailImage" folders should have the same filename, but resized versions of the image.
