Hi Marco, if you have access to the MySQL config file (often to find in Linux under: /etc/mysql/my.cnf) you should add the following to the [mysqld] section in that file:
[mysqld] ... lower_case_table_names = 1 ... If you are not satisfied with your hosting company, please get in contact with me.
