Try adding an index containing furl and objectid. The friendly urls are
matched on the furl string to  find the objectid of the item, so the furl is
the most important lookup, and adding objectid to think index as well should
give you "coverage" so that a second lookup for the objectid isn't required.
I think. :)

(I can't remember what's in that select statement off the top of my head,
but I hope it's only furl and objectid, hehe)
