Correct. The longer version of events is.

   * I imported 60k+ products into a new project to be deployed.
   * In my import template, I make sure to call setSystemFU. This is
turn calls my custom FU template, which grabs multiple objects to
     create the URL
     (/product/detail/<manufacturer>/<product>/<model>). Most of these
URLs already exist in the google_sphere, so I need to maintain them.
   * All of the imported URLs are (mostly) correct. Some don't quite
match up to the google index, but that's mostly do to oddness with
comma's and other crap in the old URLs
   * The owner or one of my partners goes in to edit a model for price,
title, meta info, featured product, whatever
   * A new default FU is created that matches the types default FU
alias, and that's /model/<title>. The old FU still exists as an
archive, but the new one is what's displayed when creating links
     and such in the site
   * I need to go back and manually add the old FU as the default

I suppose I need to try removing the fualias inside the CFC and see if that helps, but it's odd that on an edit it's not calling the same setSystemFU. I'm not sure why it would override my default to begin with... but I haven't looked at the FU code for a few months (back when I started looking into setSystemFU).

So, if I understand, when you create the object, an FU is created using your displaySystemFU webskin. Then you go in and edit and save that object and a second FU is created without using your displaySystemFU webskin? -- You received this message cos you are subscribed to "farcry-dev" Google group.
