Hi 1. I have managed to load up idlForm (had to dink around with the plugins in the FarcryConstructor before it would be recognised) and am able to use it to create forms in FC 6.1 using the Tab which appears there. I understand from some previous documentation for FC4 that a menu item is meant to appear in the Site Tree "Create" menu to create a Form, but it does not appear there. I was wondering whether this was an outdated part of the UI, or whether the menu items is still meant to appear there.
2. I have also been trying to friendly URLs working. I have seen posts in the Beta Forum stating that there is a bug in FC for FUs since 2009, and the recommended fix is to insert the line [cfset application.fc.factory.farFU.turnOn() /] in _serverSpecificVarsAfterInit.cfm. After I do this (and re- initialise the application) URL/pingFU still returns a 404 error. I also rebuilt the friendly urls for good measure as well, but /pingFU still returns a 404 error.
