I've tried it many ways - with a source image, after uploading a source image and just without a source image. Each time, I get the same result - only the file path gets saved into the StandardImage and ThumbnailImage fields. The .jpg files that I upload end up in the correct folder (images/dmImage/ThumbnailImage or images/dmImage/StandardImage/).
