Your should be able to get the objectID for the rule, then try http://#yourDomainHere#/farcry/core/webtop/conjuror/invocation.cfm?objectid=#ruleObjectIDHere#&typename=#ruleName# and then remove the reference to the image.
It would be easy to modify Blair's code at https://farcry.jira.com/wiki/display/FCDEV60/Custom+Overview+Tab+-+Related+Content to provide the edit link above as this will have the objectID and typeName.
