Yeap that's the one! Like Sean says if you look at the jQuery code the removal is done based on an ID. I'm assuming from a page down approach. So the first element will always be the first to be taken away, even if you click the 2nd button.
The search should really be starting from the parent of the "remove" button the user just clicked. That's the only way I can think that guarantees the right one is removed.
