I have a link that looks like this

/index.cfm?type=publications&objectid=B08067C0-94A7-11E1-989E00505683001E#AEMW

And in the browser it is getting redirected to
    IE:
/publication/your-market-daily/your-market-daily-120503/type/publications
    FF:
/publication/your-market-daily/your-market-daily-120503/type/publications#OM
    SA:
/publication/your-market-daily/your-market-daily-120503/type/publications
    GC:
/publication/your-market-daily/your-market-daily-120503/type/publications#OM

Some browsers are loosing the anchor - but I will worry about that next

If I remove 'type/publications' from the friendly URL the page loads

https://secure.psl.com.au/publication/your-market-daily/your-market-daily-120503/#OM

What does the redirect to friendly URL?

This is a complex set up, so it is most likely something I have done, but
not sure where to start looking.

The actual link created by the user in the webtop is
    a href="#OM"
