We recently migrated from FC3 to FC6 with the help of Daemon (thanks guys!). I'm still learning the ways of FC6, so be patient as I probably missed something basic.
In FC3 all our editors were allowed to send objects to the trash as all roles and groups had this permission set by default. After our upgrade,only the SiteAdmin and SysAdmin groups have the ability to send to trash. When I check the group permissions for editors, they appear to have this permission set. I created a new role called AbleToTrash for testing and have been trying different permission sets which all include SendToTrash and TreeSendToTrash. Have reloaded the webtop, Security and application variables over and over to make sure the permissions are updated in the webtop. So far no luck with getting the ability to send to trash to work for groups other than SysAdmin and SiteAdmin. I have tried searching for answers in this forum and the Farcry documentation and have not found any answers.
