I only have one call to jquery in displayPageHeader.cfm.  I tried
commenting it out, but that didn't do anything.  When I view the source on
theses pages, there are no calls to the .js and .css libraries in the cache
folder.  I've tried clearing out the cache folder and updating the app.
The cache gets re-filled with the .js and .css libraries, but the site
pages are not calling any of the jquery-ui, farcry-form, farcry-tray, etc
files.
