Isn't the extension returned in the file location?  We haven't actually
used this feature yet, so I can't recall - haven't had the need for it yet
:).

There is only one collection per FarCry project. But if you hunk ou need
it, you can get it from the config (use the fapi to get it).  If you're
referring to the type you indexed, then that should already be in your
results from the plugin.
