Are you running Solr in a console?  If so you can you see the params that 
are being passed during a search?  Is it searching the fcsp_sitename field? 
 That one shouldn't be in the "qf" (query fields) parameter.  If it is, 
then that would explain why it is coming back.  That field is just for 
reference, it shouldn't be searched against during a routine search.

If you can confirm that it is then it will be an easy fix.  If you can't I 
will try to find a moment to test it myself.
