I often hear these types of requests from clients.  It's a mix.  Some love 
editing from the webtop, others from browsing the site (and those are the ones 
who've asked about just clicking on something like an h1 field and editing it 
without loading up an editor).  It would be a bit of work to accomplish that 
type of functionality though, but I know a lot of CMSs do it.

But one request I've seen over and over is the ability to just drag and drop an 
image into the editor - which it sounds like you're asking about.  Either from 
the library or from their desktop.  Doing it from the library is the request I 
hear most often because right now it's a multi-step process.
