Nope, the caching decorators are only for webskins. The old includedObj technique is deprecated and instead you should use type webskins (i.e. displayType*) which will then allow you to do caching. If you don't have a type for the webskins you can either create one, or resort to displayPage* webskins on dmInclude. It depends on whether you'd just outputting a body fragment or a full page layout.
