You'll get redirected to:
http://www.teratech.com/teratech-news/contact-us

So that's probably why the form isn't working... The easiest fix will be
removing the action attribute of the <form> so that it will submit to
itself.

(I just changed the form action in the page myself and sent a test, it
seemed to work)
