OK - well - this is bizarre.

I come home, run up the install, nothing has been changed, and the install
works.  There was no reboot of the machine (it is always on), and I still
had the same active login on the machine from testing it all yesterday.

The ONLY thing that was different was the name I gave the instance (called
it farcry2 instead of farcry_test - simply because I didnt want to blow away
the V2.1 farcry_test I had already created with a SQL*Server database).

It's definitely created it because the dmForum table is now in the database
(along with all the other tables).

So, I can't check the debugging to see what the error actually was.  Sorry.
