[farcry-dev] How to undeploy a Custom Rule

After deleting a custom rule and its corresponding table from the 
database it stills appears in the Admin->COAPI->Rule Classes screen as 
green tick for integrity, red cross for deployed.

Where else in the system does it need to be deleted?
