I was just thinking along the lines of
the todo comment, ie move the line up a few places. Maybe this is more of a
work around. I will go ahead with this and let you know how it goes and let the
boffins at farCry central comment on you suggestion. From:

[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Tom Cornilliac Hey Andrew, I’m not aware of
any efforts to address this issue. Out of curiosity, what do you see as a
potential solution? Myself, I’d like to see a configuration manager in
the form of a component. Ideally the manager would handle *all* the details of setting up the
operating environment. ~tom -----Original Message----- www\application.cfm has the
following comment <!--- $TODO: must have
project vars set AFTER core vars! GB$ ---> Which I believe would fix
the problem I am having when application variable timesout. In
config\_dmSecUserDirectory.cfm, I have a test on
APPLICATION.config.activeDirectory.useActiveDirectory But APPLICATION.config is
not set until after config/_applicationInit.cfm Before I going making
changes to the core files, I would like to know if the future release has
resolved this. Regards, W: www.power.net.au
