[farcry-dev] PostgreSQL support

Kyle Singer has made a fantastic contribution to the FarCry code base by 
setting up PostgreSQL support. If you have PostgreSQL please download 
the beta code and run a few installs and try out the code. I believe 
some of the stats operations still need converting but most other 
functionality should work.
