Hmm.. I can't tell you what's wrong but I'd put money on it being the
port number. Do the FU's work fine under port 80 (ie without the port
number specified).

This is what is displayed in the admin under Friendly URLs (Manage Friendly
URLs):
ci-nineteen.ci.fsu.edu:83/go/undergraduate =09
/index.cfm?objectid=3DBFECA346-B0D0-81F4-97173A3D8E918C8F
The URL using the objectid works, but the Friendly URL doesn't.
