easier process] 3. created a custom 'Manage Membership' dmInclude template (this
started life as a copy of the core's edit profile page then was heavily edited
- it now handles the create and updating of the profile 4. created an 'Update Password' dmInclude template (again this started
out as a copy of the core's) 5. Finally, I secured the appropriate sections of the site tree to the required group (new members are automatically added to the 'members'
group). (I'm currently (nearly ready) to roll out a 'remember me' style auto
login function then will started work on a 'Forgot Password' retrieval
function: this will be hampered without an usable external mailserver at our

managed site? I've got FC up and running and handling all my content as it is published by
the people with admin access to do so. I want to add a "membership" to the site - where a surfer can
come to the portal page and "subscribe" to the complete site, gaining
access to all of the articles and items we have. That surfer (now a "member")
would have the ability to edit his or her "account" information, and do
things like chose favorites or chose to recieve newsletters.... or is this all something I'm going to have to program on my own to
