I found your email in php forum,, my case with Arabic characters ... I have Arabic content stored in MS access and need to deliver it by wml pages.
arabic mobile enabled support UTF-8 Unicode format so how can I get my content in this format using PHP code.
my system configuration is :
windows 2k with Arabic character set installed
apache web server
php scripting language
MS Access database
