Hi,
I compiled FastBit 1.3 DLL on Windows platform (VS9, Win7 64bits) by
using only the command line, nmake -f Win.mak target. The only issue I
had is on the dll target of the Win.mak file where I had to change the
'/D DLL_EXPORTS' to '/D DLL_EXPORT' to fit the macro name used in the
const.h file to initialize the FASTBIT_CXX_DLLSPEC macro in the right way.
I created a different Win64.mak to compile the whole thing with 64bits
cl. The changes occured in the global variables where I had to add
"amd64" or "x64" directory in binary and library paths:

LINK="$(VC)\BIN\amd64\link"
OPT=/MD /EHsc /GR /O2 /W1
LIB=/LIBPATH:"$(VC)\Lib\amd64" /LIBPATH:"C:\Program Files\Microsoft
