Looks like reserving memory([EMAIL PROTECTED]) for crash kernel failed for some reason. Debug statements in the first kernel might help. What does /proc/iomem show at this memory range? This explains why kexec -p is failing. kexec -l would work, since its not dependent on the crashkernel memory reservation.
