This has all the latest goodies backported from faust-vst, overhaul of the architecture and compile script and all that. I've given it a serious workout on both Linux (using Ardour, Qtractor, Carla and Jalv) and Mac OSX (using Ardour), looks good to me. Yann, could you please pull this over to the online compiler as well? You need these two files: lv2.cpp (architecture) and faust2lv2 (build script). Note that lv2synth.cpp and faust2lv2synth are gone for good and should be removed from the online compiler, as instrument support is also in the lv2.cpp architecture now.
