Yes Albert, I agree with you...

But ARIA VST plugin (from Finale 2014 packed) is running normally inside
Sibelius 7, 7.5 and 8.0.
I attached a PDF file here showing my Playback Devices with ARIA VST plugin
inside Sibelius 8.0.

Why ARIA VST is ok and another VST plugins are not loading inside Sibelius
and Finale?
