Hello Stéphane (and all),
Ah ok… It didn’t click the first time when I read that section that
'freq, gain, and gate’ where specific captures of the MIDI Key On Velocity
Data. I thought they were arbitrary examples.
I guess my question is then, what would be the best way to remap the
‘gain' to other signal parameters? Like into the cutoff frequency of a filter?
Is it just a matter of writing a function for the mapping I want using
Gain as and input param, or is there a proper Faustian way to do route the
‘gain’ into something else like that?
