and you will see that .cub() is very inaccurate at the start and at the end.

Seems like we where talking about the same thing all along.

Contrary, the Chebyshev approximation apprroximates the function on the whole
interval and a) it is simpler, b) close to optimal, and c) the error is
distributed more evenly.


I've consider trying to make an nD version of it, but tbh, the prospect frightens me a bit.
Do you think it would be worth while?
