Yeah.. weird eh?   I'm not sure what the heck is going on with that
"Mono/Poly" button in the left panel of Faust.  I only discovered the
glitch after desperately trying everything else in Chrome / Faust-editor to
get my MIDI input to trigger something. The moment I switched to Poly.. it
started working immediately.  I was not focused on CC control (yet) Just
incoming MIDI notes. I will be playing more with the IDE later tonight..
(I'll try that little Faust snippet you provided and see what happens)  I
suspect the glitch may have something to do with Chrome.. on MacOS (Sonoma
14.71) issue.    I did verify that the incoming MIDI is working everywhere
else..  I'll see if I have better luck with the IDE.
