#399: colli: must provide all drive-modes for all driving types

Using omnidirectional driving-restriction in colli only registers
{{{ForwardOmniDriveModule}}} as a {{{Forward}}} drive-mode. There are no
{{{Backward}}} and {{{AllowBackward}}} ones however!
Any driving type should provide all the drive-modes, given that they are
provided by the !NavigatorInterface. Currently we run into problems unsing
skills that set the drive-mode to {{{AllowBackward}}}, which fails with an
colli-error when using omnidirectional driving.
