Sixteen qbit adiabetic quantum computer is roughly (very
roughly) equivalent to eight qbit gate based quantum
computer. Largest previous quantum computer was seven
qbit, so this news is less exciting than it sounds.

Quantum computers will get interesting when they have
about a hundred qbits.
