BeCrypt DiSK Protect supports RAID 5 arrays on Server 2003 environments.
Its a FDE with Pre-boot and its software.
It would disadvantage your performance to use a key > 128 bits but its up to 
you.

You can obtain this product via Sybase (Afaria).
