Ali,

Glad to be of help. As I mentioned, the first version of FinallySecure,
which we will release shortly, is a single-user product. As such, it does
not have centralized key management. However when you install the program
and activate the Seagate FDE.2 drive, you can create a "spare key" in the
form of an Emergency Recovery Information (EFI) file which we recommend you
save to an external device such as a USB stick. Our enterprise software
product features a robust off-line Help Desk application that allows you to
recover your key through a challenge and response system over the telephone.
This functionality will be integrated into FinallySecure in a subsequent
release. The application is so easy to use and install that a two-person
business could run it with the Help Desk on one computer and the encrypted
drive on another. It scales just as easily out to tens of thousands of
computers in a large enterprise.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Michael

Michael,

Thanks for brochure. However it still doesn't address my question as
to what provisions does FinallySecure product has for centralized Key
Management. Would really appreciate more details on how keys can be
recovered in case of disaster etc.

Thanks
Saqib Ali
